I have lost 24 lbs in about 2-1/2 months - totally changed my food intake to 1,000 cals/per day, walked on treadmill 5 times a week for apprx 30 mins, got rid of alot of carbs, & totally cut out alcohol (Capt'n / Coke) which I'm sure helped the most. Also tried not to eat after 7 - 7:30 pm.

Weighed in at 119.4 lbs Wednesday morning but forgot to log it. As of Wed I am down 13 lbs ....... Woot Woot, amazing what a little excerise, logging food intake, & cutting out alcohol can do :smile:

I two have just joined this week and have found that if I ate a bowl of Fiber One Original Cereal (1/2 Cup = 60 Calories) w/Silk Light Soy Milk & some type of fresh fruit I am not only fuller longer but helping the body cleanse. You might find this more satisfying than those boring shakes.......Good luck
