I actually know exactly what you are talking about... my whole torso is wide and this is why for years I considered myself "big boned" (thanks to my mothers wonderful supportive choice of word) ..... but when I had lost all my weight my rib area got smaller too.... they didn't go "down" but the area of my upper torso…

A compliment from a teenager is hard to come by.... that is the best reward right there. My 7 yr old is alway squeezing my fat pouch, I can not wait for the day that it's too small for him to grab.

The last 3 times I got pregnant, I fell pregnant while doing low carb ... I have PCOS and the low carbing helped me ovulate. And I was not TRYING at all either of these last 3 times.... so even if it's only been a month take a test !
