I was so hooked on sodas, juice and sweet tea. I couldn't imagine not having something strong to drink or something sweet. but eventually I gave it up totally and lost 15 lbs. I keep forgetting to weigh in at the gym since my home scale is outta batteries! uugh! I have been staying on track and keeping to my work outs so hoping I'm down a pound or two. (fingers crossed:-))

I'll have to recheck myself later today (memory is bad) but on Monday I think I was down 2lbs. I don't wanna get my hopes up so I'll re-weigh this evening. My home scale is dead on batteries.

I had a dietician who up'd my protein intake and gave me a list of protein choices. Wow, you are lucky!! my son just turned two & I'm still trying to get mine off. I gained over 50lbs though. I used to hear women say my child is 3, 4, 5 years old and I'm still trying. Never wanted to be one of those women. this year is it, I'm getting my extra pounds off!

I want a tummy tuck too but not sure I'm having more kids or not. I didn't want to have it too soon and get pregnant again. That's great you still look great after the 3rd baby & tummy tuck. I can see that extra flab creeping up but I do know that Pilates & toning helps a lot.
