whats up everyone. Just checking in on how the group is doing. Ive had a tough time coming out of my deload due to laziness. So what was supposed to be a week break turned into two weeks. Im back at it now though.

I attempted my squat and deadlift day today, but I was having some minor lower back pain. So I think Im starting my deload week today. Instead of squats and deadlifts, I broke out the bow and started getting ready for this upcoming hunting season. Keep it up everyone.

Whats up everyone. Monday ended up being another clean day of eating. I have a family reunion this weekend so hopefully I don't do too much damage. Unrelated to workouts, I have a new pistol waiting for me at my LGS so I might have to hit the range a few days during my deload week. Keep it up everyone.

I finished my pull workout a few hours ago. Ill probably start my deload later this week.

Almost missed today. Did a push workout earlier. I feel like I might need a deload week soon. I will have to see how the next few workouts go.

I did squats and deadlifts today. I love this workout but it is brutal for days following.

Today was an off day. Always a bit lethargic the day after a refeed, but I ate pretty clean today. Tomorrow I start my split over again.

Knocked out a pull workout and some cycling this morning. Im in the middle of a refeed day and I feel extremely full right now. Makes me anxious to get back on the normal eating plan tomorrow.

Checking in. Today was a push day. Lifts are starting to struggle from the diet. Thankfully tomorrow is an epic cheat day.

Still in the running! Today was squats and deadlifts. My favorite day of the split.

Today was a rest/cardio day. 45 minutes of stationary bike since its a little rainy here.

Finished a push workout earlier today. Strength has really increased since starting the new split.

Greetings from Ohio. This seems like a great way to have a good, clean August. Today is a push movement day for me. Ive been doing a 3 day split for the past 6 weeks and it seems to be working well. Hopefully i'm still seeing progress by August 31st. Good luck to everyone on their August goals.
