I'm 5'4" and my goal is 155 pounds. This doesn't put me in the "healthy" weight category, either! I have a large bone structure; and, I don't think I've been in the "healthy" weight category since middle school, so it just doesn't seem realistic for me. I started at 210 and only have 10 more pounds to go.

I've walked nearly 300 miles since June 13 and I've lost 36 pounds. It has been my primary form of exercise. I'm a teacher so it was a lot easier to get my walk in during the summer and now that it's getting cold outside it's easier for me to make excuses not to do my walk, but I enjoy it when I get started! Isn't that so exciting! I bought Medium shirts on Black Friday as well! When I tried on the size 8 jeans and was able to wear them, I was ecstatic! (That made 4 jean sizes I've dropped) Only 14 more pounds to go. . .gotta survive birthdays, Christmas, Christmas parties, and New Year's celebrations to get this weight gone!!!

That is so exciting! When I started losing, I was on the verge of having to go to the plus size stores! It is great to actually go in an not buy the biggest size in the store anymore! CONGRATULATIONS!
