Good for you for not going back to your disorder! Just remember although your outside doesn't look exactly how you want it not your insides are doing and looking so much better than when you were bulimic. If you want to lose some weight it's great that your doing it a healthy way. Keep going on the track of better health…

How funny I set this goal up for myself today then this group! I'm in my current weight is 176 so I want to be 171 by the end of the month and my ultimate goal weight is 150!!

5'6 and was 185, now I'm down and hoping to be at 155 by the end of summer! Add me we can do this together!!

After starting, you should feel some pain subside every few minutes, since exercise actually reduces cramps. Whenever I'm feeling really crampy I like to power walk because that helps me. But popping some midol 15 minutes should really help if it's really bad.

I have been experiencing a similar situation so I am not weighing myself until next Sunday because the scale is no longer a motivation but discouragement and cause me to eat not so well on Saturday and Sunday (as if that was a good way to rebel against the scale). I am seeing though that my jeans are feeling a lot more…
