This is such an awesome thread. I seriously need to keep the daily alcohol calories to a minimum...I feel like that is the real culprit to my stalled weight loss. How do I keep getting back to this thread from my regular login area?....I'm new (and clueless)

I'm glad to hear others have over indulged. I was hurting this am , forced myself to go and lift weights and now I feel so much better. It's always hard to get there, but you'll feel so great when you get finished! Go....just GO!
