Wow! first limp noodle arms from yesterday, now spaghetti legs!! I'm in!

Done, 4 reps of 25 with 8lb hand weights. My arms felt like two limp noodles afterwards!! LOL

I'm in, a little late, but from what I've put in my diary: (Since July 1st) Winning: 9 Binge Monster: 2 Weekends are my downfall. I can usually keep tabs on things pretty well at work.

Thanks for the comments guys. I really appreciate it. I do feel that some of my jeans are feeling a little looser and don't constrict as much when I sit at the computer all day. *Keeping my fingers crossed* :-)
