I am 5'6". My goal weight is 125. I have been at that weight before and it looked/felt great. 135 is very achievable for me. To reach and maintain the 125 mark requires A LOT of toning and daily exercise.

My new discovery: Mega M&Ms. 15 pieces (milk chocolate variety) is just 200 calories. They are big enough that you can eat them one at a time, versus regular sized M&Ms where you shove down a handful at once...
