  • Don't give up! 8 years ago I was up to 290, 4 years ago I was 211 and now I'm 220something. I don't know how long you've been trying to loose but if it's really being stubborn you might need your hormone levels checked

  • I have to hold my arms up at or above shoulder level most of the day. I have really loose shoulder joints so I need to strengthen my shoulder and arm muscles so I don't pop a joint out of place. Good things will happen to your friends list if you give me something to do that wont dislocate a shoulder.
  • You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Loosing weight takes a lot of dedication, time and patience but if you're hard on yourself all the time it takes even longer.
