the first picture is the thigh the second picture is of a whole leg which includes a thigh and drumstick.

I can identify with you.... it would be beneficial to figure out what is holding you back. I found that being obesity/ overweight serves an emotional function for me. I'm tackling those issues head on this time around. Feel free to add me if you like :)

I'm experiencing the same problem. I just started exercising at home a few weeks ago and begun having the same pain yesterday from the arch to my heel. I'll have it checked out ASAP. Hope yours isn't too serious. Bump

I must say all your responses are really providing me with a lot of insights and I am engaging in some deep introspection. I am definitely going to make some changes.... Got to find some ways to use up my evenings. I also recognized that I have not been planning meals/ snacks for the evening period.
