I'm confused because my calorie limit for the day via MFP is 1210, but the IIFYM calculator gave me a limit of 1976. Am I doing this wrong, or just not understanding?

Chinese food is my weakness, and is way too easy to get living in San Francisco. Mongolian beef or bbq pork with tofu are my favorite. I could probably eat Chinese food everyday. LOL. I've been trying to make my own, healthier versions.

I feel you! I do as well. Last week, instead of getting in PJs and Netflix binging as soon as I got home from work, I put on work-out clothes. Then, I would do a quick chore around the house, and a quick 30 min workout. For me, that feeling of accomplishment after a work-out is so addicting. I try not to talk myself out of…

You look great! Definitely some good motivation here! I"m stating over, again. But, I figure that as long as I never give up for good, I'm on an OK path. I'm definitely trying to make sure that I set my goals as a lifestyle change, and not a diet.
