Hi and welcome! I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay! :D
-
Nice to meet you and good luck - I'm sure you will do great; we're all here to support you! I remeber how I used to always say my new years resolution every year was to lose weight so and so...never did - up until June 28 I decided it was time - I didn't have to wait on no New Years Resolutions or fresh start - I just had…

Ugh, I was addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi but I quit carbonated or anything flavored...back in February...yeah LOL
-
haha, too funny! not that you got cut but the "proof vegetables are bad for you" then this. lol
-
I normally stick to apples but what I do before I eat I drink a lot of water...but yes APPLES. lol

I ONCE for many years...was a 40DD and I would find mine at WalMart and of course VS; you might want to look up coupons or check out the bra sales at VS. I'm actually a 34D now and it's still kind of hard to find my size in the pretty printed and colored bras.

Yeah you know me! Who's down with O.P.P.? Now, it's stuck in my head! :p
-
See, those are the reasons I want to stop my BC - I don't want to put my body through this and I didn't know what I had gotten myself into. I don't want to gain weight :( Are you having a hard time losing that weight?
-
I'm on Ortho Tri Cyclen and I did gain some weight in the beginning but I believe it was my hormones trying to adjust to the new drug I only managed to lose weight when I actually tried and it was not hard for me at all - I lost 40 pds within 4-5 months. Now I've noticed that the weight loss has slowed and sometimes I…

I'll look for some to share I'm 4'11 and was weight 165 and met my goal last month now 121. Will share!

Happens to me too! But once I actually wore some that started falling under my buttcheeks and my workout pants were falling too - LUCKILY the pants had that adjustment string and tightened them up and had to wait till I got home to pick up the undies---they were completely under my butt and running was so uncomfortable!

same here I'm interested in what suggestions anyone might have

On the same boat; I understand I have lost a lot of weight but I'm trying to maintain so I will swap out some foods. Like last night my parents and I were Thanksgiving shopping and we were grabbing Cool Whip for those darn pumpkin pies and I grabbed theirs then got a "Fat Free" whip for me and my dad kept staring at me…

PB2 from Amazon, I tried it - didn't like it. I purchased both the chocolate flavored and regular...didn't like either. I guess it is just best to add flavor to certain foods NOT to have with apple slices :p lol
-
I've tried O.N.E coconut water and it's actually pretty good but not what I expected. LOL
-
*bump* I want to show this to my dad - he was walking and doing so well but one of his friends told him he was wasting his time and he got discouraged and quit. He needs to see these responses.

I'm doing Ripped in 30 and I'm finding level 1 fairly easy but only because I've already gone through 30 DS so I suggest starting with 30DS. :D
-
You look great! I did 30DS for like 15 days :\ I did't stick to it BUT I started Ripped in 30 Tuesday and I'm promising myself to actually stick through it.
-
I've gotta try this.
-
I started Ripped in 30 today myself!

Same thing happened to me, I was washing my face before and after my workout but then I just switched to only washing my face AFTER my workout and it helped. When I would wash my face before the workout my face would start burning and itching from the sweat but now, it's all better.

When I was eating below 1200 cals I would make healthy food choices, I was never hungry, I'd eat several times a day with snacks but I would watch my portions and everything I would eat was low in calories or 0 cals and I had to read nutrition on every single thing I would eat. I would drink water all day quit sodas, diet…

I think this starvation mode deal is crap - when I started my weight loss journey I started at staying at 600-650cal per day and I was just fine, I wasn't starving nor did I ever feel deprived. I stuck to that for a month then increased to about 700 cals then 800 cals and I exercise - I went to my doctors just for a check…
-
I always gain weight the week before I start my TOM; Monday I gained 3 pds...sucks BUT it'll be gone soon.
-
just a mat and a pair of hand weights 3lb or 5lb - really your choice :D

basically most of Jillian Michaels videos are really good I've dried 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and Killer Buns and Thighs and they're all really good.
