Ive lost 44 sticks so far! When I did Weight Watchers in the past my leader brought in a zip lock bag with a lb of raw chicken breast to show us what a lb looked like. I loved that. It helped me appreciate every lb I lost.

You look awesome. It is the inspiration that I need. I am 5'8 and my starting weight is also 260. It is great to see that I could look like that someday. I have just started my journey so I have a while to go but I am so excited at the possibility. Thanks for sharing!

I plan on logging in my oatmeal that I am going to have for breakfast but then that will be it. (I dont want to lose my logging in count) I will try to eat less but I am not going to worry about it. I'll start again on Friday! :happy:

I had a turkey burger on an Arnold Sandwich thin with laughing cow cheese and 1 tbl barbecue sauce....330 calories! I have it almost everyday. I love it :)

My new favorite dinner is 1 cup of whole wheat rotini pasta, 1/2 cup green pepper and mushroom spaghetti sauce, 2/3 cup Morning Star Farms Italian Sausage Veggie Crumbles. The veggie crumbles are soooo good! It comes to 370 Cal, 7g fat and 20g protein

I can't wait to try this! I have my banana in the freezer right now. I'll have it for a snack later. I like the idea of cutting into coin size pieces and eating it throughout the day!
