Actually, your Ideal Body weight for your height is 150 lb. +/- 10%, this is 100 lb for the first 5 feet and 5 lb for each add'l. inch. This is using the Hamwi formula. So the lowest would be 135 lb. So, 130 lb is a bit too low for you. Hope this helps. I have a degree in Nutrition and this is what I was taught and what is…

Poison and Slaughter when I was 14 or 15. Funny story with that. People in front of me were smoking Pot and I inhaled it 2nd hand. When I got back home I was so disoriented I couldn't even figure out how to get in the house, the door was locked and it didn't even dawn on me to ring the door bell, duh! I had such a crush on…

I also take Armour Thyroid and work in the Healthcare field. I never had the symptom of nausea with this med. You should definitely tell your Physician though. Do make sure you take it on an empty stomach and wait to eat at least 30 min after you take your med. You should also avoid suppl., like Calcium and iron within 4…

HI There, Your body goes into starvation mode when you 1.) Don't eat enough calories and 2.) skip meals. It sounds like you are skipping breakfast and just having coffee in the morn. Try to eat at least every 3-4 hours. Ex.) Mini meals + 3 healthy snacks. This will help keep your metabolism steady and prevent it from…

I also would suggest a Heart Rate Monitor. I use the Polar FT4, works great! Got mine from Amazon.com The other thing you can do is to call the exercise circuit training, since that would be the closest. Although, a HRM is much more accurate.
-
I did and it really helped when I was sick for 3 weeks straight a couple years ago. Very detoxifying and rec. by a friend of mine who practices aryuvedic (sp) medicine. I felt much better afterwards.
-
I recommend the Polar FT4. It comes with a warranty too. I got mine in pink, but also comes in other colors. Customer Service was also very helpful when I had a problem. Best price on Amazon.com.

I use the old fashioned oats b/c they have more fiber. Then make it with water, chia seeds, Truvia (Stevia) packet and cinnamon. For a variation, I make peanut butter oatmeal using PB2 instead of the chia seeds.

HI, I would suggest eating 1500 calories per day, due to your current weight. If you exercise, you don't need to eat back exercise calories. Perhaps changing your goals to lose only 1 lb per week will give you more cals. I am only 106 lb and can't survive on 1200 calories, even on a non-exercise day its tough. So I suggest…
