I have to chime in here since I am a Registered Dietitian. She gave you sound advice. 45% Carbs is very reasonable for a Diabetic. Not sure you are Diabetic though? The lowest I would rec. is 40% of your calories from Carbs. Why not increase your Protein amounts at lunch and Dinner to 3 oz each, a more standard size…

Hi, Love the term "Fun Size." I always referred to myself as Petite. I'm almost 5'1" tall and weigh 102 lb., size 0-2 Petite. I have already met my goal weight and lost a total of 40 lb, my Heaviest wt. was 143 lb at the age of 17. I am now 37 and in the best shape of my life! If I can do it, so can you :) :flowerforyou:

I would suggest Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural or Arbonne Essentials Protein shake. Both Choc and Vanilla are good in both brands.

I wear tinted moisturizer with SPF or a good BB Cream. I love Merle Norman's Tinted Moisturizer. Arbonne Tinted Moisturizer or Maybelline BB cream (good drugstore quality). Other good brands I've tried are: Laura Mercier and Tarte. I'm a Beauty Product junkie and Makeupalley.com is a great web site for product reviews.

I wear a cotton night gown (short one) or a VS Sleep Shirt Normally with panties.
