i use the EAS lean 15 its 100 calories for 2 scoops and they have different flavors but i think the chocolate is really good. i use it with just organic milk or add peanut butter and bananas to it. i get mine at target but i think they have it at walmart too not sure, but its about $15. but the tubs have lasted me a while.

my day 5 was a lot better! im hoping i dont get to bored with level 1 before my 10 days is up because i want to do 10 days on each level. but im still having to do a few second break near the middle. and the pushups are still defeating me lol so i still have areas to work on.

omg i hate the push ups ! they are seriously the worse thing for me about the whole work out im going to try and do regular ones tonight. (day 5 for me) and also im gaining weight as well...grr...but im also on my TOM but im hoping its muscle im gaining. its been really frustrating though.

the hardest thing for me still is the lunges with curls...just omg the lunges hurt so bad. and then squats and dumbell press. i feel like this dvd works your legs more then any other part but i guess we'll see.

not even close to goal but this is my during. i started at 223 on weight watchers and for 3 months only lost 10 lbs ive been on MFP since june 19 and lost 20:) i have about 30-40 more lbs to go.

you have to remember that your gain is most likely muscle not fat. so thats why i said measuring would be a good idea
