You sound just like me for the past 8 weeks. I just started a low carbdiet extra water. I am losing again and drop below 190 finally. Try low carb and friend me. Seems like we are in the same boat

When you first start off it is hard on the back and legs.I always use the quick start level 3 and I am comfortable with that. Ask a trainer or a person at the gym.I love the elliptical..

I also wasnt losing weight but I wasd losing inches. Get a soft measuring tape and measure your waist hips bust thigh and top of your arm. You maybe gain muscle.Once I did that I realized I was losing inches. Keep up the good work. Add me as a friend and we can support each other. Meghan

Thanks everyone:)I work out 5 days a week and one of those days with a Trainer.Its the eating that gets me.I enjoy food and always have but now that I have five kids and my metabilism changed I cant eat anything I want. I am very thankful for all the advice. I am going to try and up my cardio and continue with my weight…

The First month working out I had a period twice in one month and after a good workout I would spot some.Everything was fine when I went to the dr. Just a change in hormones due to working out

I weight in every morning.even if I lose a couple or gain a couple it helps with motivation to do the same thing that day or eat less junk haha.Do what makes you happy ..:smooched:

Its is frustating but if you need to loss the weight the weight is frustating. What I do is change the food I am eating..I go back and forth. Make sure you are burning calories..Try to eat less calories
