^This. I had an AC injury just last year. It put several things off my schedule for a couple of weeks, but regular icing and rest took care of it well enough. And yeah-- those wall handstands could do it. I injured mine doing overhead press. I didn't feel it at the time, either-- but the next day the joint was inflamed.

This is from a comedic comic I'm goofing around on, that's sort of a Behind the Music about Josey and the *****cats. Lots of drugs and horrible crap. :P
-
Is that your workout robe?
-
Yep, same items as every day, basically.
-
Hmm... I'm going to say from 25-55. Ideal... 35-45.
-
See, this sort of thing is why I started killing people.
-
Well, they aren't. So now what?
-
I have no idea where I could even look that up. I can point you to about 100 different little regulations that most people would probably agree have made life a little better, though. Bloomberg's approach was moronic, btw. That sort of heavy-handed intrusion does nothing but piss people off.

My point is that I think there's a lot of room between, say, banning certain ads that target children and "tyranny".

Should we get rid of the stop signs? Let Smirnoff market a "Vodka for Kids" brand? We've got a million little rules designed to make the system run more smoothly, and most of them are pretty sensible. I'm not saying we need to outlaw the cheeseburger, but surely there are some practical things that could be done to reverse…

We don't each live in a little autonomous bubble. Health care costs impact us all, and whether that care is delivered though a government program or private industry doesn't make much of a difference. You're going to be paying for the health of your countrymen either way. So '**** 'em', isn't really an answer.

Children buy food for themselves, yes.
-
Children buy it as well. I read something recently about how effective advertising is on children, and their specific examples were food and drink. The kids who saw advertising for specific foods were much, much more likely to consume them than kids who didn't see the ads. The gulf was a lot wider than that seen in adults,…

I do think it would be good to prohibit the advertising of certain foods to children.

Very close-- 180. I think I'd guess about the same for you-- 180 or so?
-
160lbs. I feel this very strongly.

I have one dedicated leg day once a week, and one day where I hit them indirectly a bit while doing back work, so... 1.5...?
-
Yeah, same here. The room could be on fire and I wouldn't know it until that barbell was re-racked.

Eggwhites, tuna, chicken, cottage cheese...

I was switched over to one called Dulera, which is non-albuterol (and incredible). The albuterol inhalers tended to give me bronchitis, since they weren't as strong and I had to use them too much. :P
-
I've had asthma since I was a little kid as well-- even went to the hospital on a few occasions. The symptoms slowly disappeared as I got into better shape, but I still keep an inhaler with me. Certain (non-exercise) things will still irritate it. As you mentioned, weight loss itself will probably help tremendously, and…

I'm a 41 year old man. The only time people look at me is when I'm carrying something that looks like it could be used as a weapon, lol. Anyway, no-- I don't feel self conscious squatting.

What sort of equipment to do you have to work with? If you're going to be in a gym, a 5x5 program is a great place to start (or stick with long term-- they definitely grow with you). Check out Stronglifts 5x5 for the basic workouts (there are only 2-- very simple), and the instruction videos will help you get your form…

If you have a pullup bar, you can do a lot hanging from the bar. In fact, I think those exercises are the best, personally. You can hang and slowly raise your straight legs out in front of you, or sort of bring the knees up and rotate over to hit the obliques... you can hold a dumbell between your feet and slowly raise…

This. Fat loss, moisturizing, and good hydration.

I like to put on something slow and sad if I'm working out with someone, and wait for them to suggest a change. Sometimes they never do. It's pretty weird lifting to something like Mazzy Star.

Woo wooooo.

You mentioned in another post that you currently weigh 185lbs., so that figures into your actual exertion as well as the weight you're holding. I'd say go as heavy as you can manage-- but don't compare yourself to what others are moving. And of course, you won't get big-- don't worry about that. :D

Hey, some people prefer hot dogs and that's fine.
