I have a Fitbit, I love it. Do any of your friends have one? I’m in a couple weekly and weekend challenges and it keeps me motivated. Just take it one day at a time. You can do this! The first step is definitely the hardest. Try the pool? Do something today, and stick with it. Each day is a chance to improve. If you did a walk today that’s one more thing than what you did yesterday.

I recommend a reasonable calorie goal. If you’re burning out trying to stick to a super low goal you won’t stick to it. Also, bananas keep me full. Protein! Try searching for recipes for foods you enjoy but are trimmed down on the calories, I never liked zuchinni but since I got the spiralizer I can eat a bunch of veggies.
