Pumpkin seeds have a lot of protein and keep me full. I like the salty/sweet mox of cranberries and walnuts. I like making smoothies! 1 scoop Protein, 1/2 c milk, ice, water, 1/2 banana. Depending on the day i may omit protein or add another fruit.

Sometimes Im nervous to get on the scale because I’m worried my weight would go up, and I’ve wasted my time and hard work. I’ve got an app that can track my weight daily so that I can be sure my weight is going down overall even though my weight might be a couple pounds higher that day because of TOM or salty food etc.

If you work out some then it will increase the amount of calories you can spend (on pizza). I had that issue of wanting to lose weight and eat pizza. I had a glass of wine with a little lunchable pack. Wine cheese meat and chocolate? WIN! Make it feel fancy. Generally I’ll have a few drinks so I’d just exersize so I’ll have a large deficiet, and keep calories low through the week”banking calories”, depending on how crazy I’d go, haha.

Make sure you log it! Even if you go over your calories a little Saturday, as long as you have a deficiet the rest of the week you’ll be OK. Download a daily weight tracker, I use happy scale. It will show you your trends and even if you’ve gained weight you can see you’re still on track to lose. Don’t give up! As long as you’re sticking to a calorie deficiet you WILL lose weight even if the scale is being crazy for a little while.

Nah, I have one goal weight and a reasonable date to have it completed by. I wanted to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year... I’ve actually lost 19 pounds since 1 Jan.

I feel ya. I just can’t have that food in my house. I’d rather pay a premium to buy something individually packaged than to have it in my house and say “ohh I’ll only have one of these, or 2 cookies etc.” and eat the whole bag or box :/

I’m allergic. I break out in bad decisions. I did add it into my intake and if I splurge one day i made sure to exercise and keep the rest of the week a deficiet to make up for it. I’m cutting it out completely, at least for now.
