Being told by a work colleague not to lose any more weight as I will start to look ill.
15st 1lb, 6ft, BMI 28.6 I think that peoples perception of the norm has changed15 -
Checked out my legs and backside for the first time in a couple months and noticed my cellulite is GONE. Like totally gone! No more cottage cheese thighs for me! Now I can't wait for shorts season to come around.
Yay for no more cellulite! A LOT of mine is gone but I still have a little bit, can't wait for it to be entirely gone like you!!!

My legs are definitely smaller, more muscle less fat, but there is still plenty of cellulite. I need to lose about 45 pounds more to get to goal, I hope the cellulite will go with some of that weight. I wear shorts anyway but it would be nice to not see it. Might also freak me out since it's always been there4 -
Worked out in shorts yesterday! The skin ion my thighs is a little looser than before losing weight which is a little disheartening but I could see all the muscle I've been building up too!8

I've been kind of beating myself up this morning because I feel like I didn't work hard enough during the cardio portion of my workout today....but my husband reminded me that I ran 5K both Monday (34 m 20 sec) and Wednesday (35 m 25 s) and did 35 minutes on the elliptical on Tuesday. It wasn't that long ago that I was jogging 2 miles in 30 minutes and I was content with that. So I guess my NSV is that I'm moving everyday and overall I'm improving!23

Propelling my 232 pound body (aka roadblock) up and down hills for the last half of my 2 mile walk--heading strait into a 20 MPH wind. Need to become more aerodynamic for sure. (Maybe 50-70 lbs from now!) But I still did it in 27 minutes--two minutes shorter than last week. PS the hills add up to 14 floors on my fitbit.20

It was warm so I changed into a pair of shorts to exercise yesterday. I had to change again because those shorts couldn't stay up at all!
Bonus: I haven't been really active this past month or so, but this week I've been trying to exercise more. And it feels great!12 -

My partner and I did a 9 mile hike and reached the top of Pendle Hill. It was so hard and I had to stop lots. But we made it and I am so so proud of ourselves. Last year I definitely would not have managed.
I love reading all your success stories! Keep them coming 😁❤

Wooooooow! What a view 😮😮😮😮😮😮!
Well done on the 9 mile hike. Yes, you probably stopped a lot, but you still made it! Great work! 👊👊4 -
Am the owner/wearer of not one but TWO two-piece bathing suits! This summer will be my first time wearing a bikini period, let alone in public. In fact, already crossed the wearing of off my list earlier, and found myself more concerned about the color of my midsection than the shape. Poor belly has never seen the light of day and it shows. 😂20

I’m wearing a t shirt I’ve wanted to wear for a long time. My wife got it for my maybe 18-24 months ago. It says “Texas Forever” across the front. Only had layovers in Texas but I love the show Friday Nights Lights, and fans of the show know what I’m talking about4

-I haven’t had anyone ask me if I’m pregnant in a while
-I can wear my old nurse uniforms
-my bras aren’t so tight that they’re bruising me anymore
- more energy to play with my kid

Fighting into a shirt that I haven't been able to wear in at least 4 years.14

Family cruise last week and I did not over eat! Resisted the wonderful breads at dinner each night. Only gained 3 pounds but I did have adult drinks and desert ever day. Now back home and ran a short 4 mile run this morning.17

90 lbs and over 20 years ago, I didn't feel that I was worthy of an attractive, successful man and made a poor choice on who to marry. I've been at goal weight 4 years and single for a year now, just started dating again.
This morning I had a coffee date with a total hottie who is extremely successful and I felt so confident in myself. When he asked, I was able to share who I truly am and what I want out of life. We seem to have the same philosophy about life and our goals. He may or may not call again, but I felt such pride in myself as I walked back home afterwards.
I know the change in me is not just about the weight, I did some hard work on myself and it is paying off, regardless of how my love life goes.

Doesn’t it feel cool to say “short four mile run!”16 -

Cross this off a running goal for 2019! Sometimes the biggest hurdles aren't the physical ones.
No NSV would be complete without a bad sweaty mirror selfie with it, right?
you look amazing, keep inspiring!4 -
Hubby and I were out and about today, and both of us noticed we were having trouble with our jeans wanting to sag on us. We don't particularly care for that fashion statement. It's not our style.
So we stopped and got ourselves new belts. I haven't worn one in years. Need it now.18 -
When I lost weight in 2012 and got down to about 132 lbs I bought new hiking pants. Those pants have not fit in more than three years because I gained some of the weight back. Today they were baggy, even though I am 134. Lifting works!23

Completed my 3rd 5K Parkrun yesterday 4 mins down on first one. I am 74 in 3 weeks and did it in 42 mins, rather pleased with myself39

I was feeling down about my lack of progress today, when I realized that I was sitting with my legs crossed. Something I could not do back at OSW20
-
@rheddmobile you're right! A year ago I completed my first 5k. Working my way up to a half marathon now.3
