I want to do 50 sit ups and 30 push ups in one minute, 12:59 or less mile and a half, and lose 50 pounds all by 2018. I want to be more positive and optimistic and not talk bad about myself

Keeping motivated. I’ve been here done this multiple times but this year has been hard and I’ve kinda given up. But I’m doing great so far this year!!

Start TODAY! Do at least one thing today to help you to get where you want to be. Even if today wasn't "perfect". Go for a walk or eat chicken instead of pizza, every thing works together and adds up! When you wake up tomorrow it will be even easier, you're on day 2.

I love night shift! I wake up, hit the gym, and go home to sleep when it starts to get hot out :). Wish I was back home and living with the BF, daily routine always depends on our schedules and stuff especially since it can change so much.

I usually think that if I save some of my meal, I can have it for later. I like restaurant dining so I can have dinner, and lunch for the next day. If I buy a package of cookies, I think I can enjoy it for a longer period of time rather than all at once. But sometimes I can't have things in the house, like the Keebler…

When I went to the gym I had no idea what I was doing, haha. I think I kinda figured it out! But I'm totally the justifier!
