I want to be 159 by the end of the year! 3 pounds to go! I haven't been in the 150s since high school (I know 160 isn't too far and being in the 160s isn't bad but ugh I'm so excited to be in the 150s again!

I like the vanilla almond milk... To dip my cookies in! I also like it in (certain!) cereals, and smoothies. I don't like it by itself however I think I'd have to get used to it!! It's pretty sweet mmmm

I'm happy I went to karate today!! Great burn and learning new moves!

I log it as karate, judo, etc. I wear a HRM and notice the classes can vary from 477-975 cals burnt!!! So I feel naked when I don't wear it.

I'm the opposite! Any loss makes me motivated that I can do this and I work really hard. When I gain weight (fluctuations suck!!) I feel like I shouldn't bother and I'd gain all my weight back anyway.

Oh yes. I'm a large frame pear shaped woman! I love my curves and want to get more toned. Currently I am 165, and pretty okay with it. I'd like to lost maybe ten pounds and I'd be the weight I was in high school.

No i dont feel like exercising.. At all!! Especially the first two days!! I sometimes take those off. I also do karate and the idea of a red stain on white clothing is petrifying!!
