  • i also have a HRM and it comes up with the same totals as the Circuit Training for the 30 day shred. Today was Day 2 for me -- Level One -- 188.4 lbs. Edit: Just looked back and I see we're actually starting tomorrow so I'll do a restart tomorrow and a weigh in. Sorry!

  • I actually did this Beachbody shake fast back in June...two days ...exactly as instructed -- it didn't taste bad, but I only lost 1 lb. I have lost more than that in 2 days just eating low carb. Just my opinion though...it may actually work for others.
