Greek yogurt, I try to eat one everyone morning along with a bottle of water. It's a great way to start the day.

Great job! You look wonderful. I'm the same height but my start weight is a little less and my loss goal is 86 pounds. It is great seeing your results and having them for motivation.

I'm in! I already add planks in to my strength training but haven't quite made it to 30sec yet. I'm super out of shape and my core needs major work.

Usually I try to eat half or more of my exercise calories. It basically depends on if I'm hungry or would like to have a certain meal and need to eat them back.

My birthday is the 24th so I'll join you. My goal will be to lose 35 pounds. This is my second time keeping track with MFP. The last one didn't last long but now I've got my game face on. I think having someone to help me stay motivated would be great.
