I met with a dietician & you do need to eat some of the work-out calories back. The goal is 1200 net calories at the end of the day. For example if you eat 1200 calories, earned another 300 through exercise but did not eat them back, your net is only 900 calories which is too low. The 1200 net calories is already…

I am not big-boned but I do know that even when I was thin, I would never get smaller than 7/8 in pants....why because of my hip bones! You can lose the extra weight but you can't shrink bone size!

If I had the money of course! We had to recently put down our cat who had gotten hit by a car but he was 16 and the vet wasn't sure what he could do for him-we didn't want to see him suffer. Now same cat 6 years earlier-we did spend quite a bit on for some other injury, including me giving him antibiotic shots!

We love our bassett hounds! We have Wesley who is a short, classic bassett & Rosie, who we got at the pound. Rosie is a bassett but with crazy long legs so she is huge! We are suckers for their sad eyes & hound-dog howls!!!

Thanks ladies for giving me some hope! I've had 2 c-sections. After my son, pilates returned my abs to their fairly flat state. However, after my daughter, still look 4-5 months pregnant & she's 7! Also ended up with that weird shelf/overhang-ugh! I started px90 so I'm hoping to see a difference!
