  • If you want a running bra-Enell is the way to go-you don't move! That being said they are too cumbersome for zumba/kickboxing.....still searching for the perfect one there. (Hoping to shrink a bit up top as well)
  • Awesome~thanks for the inspiration! This is where my goal is~not to be skinny but fit like that~toned & solid is where it's at, you look fabulous!
  • Twin or not anyone can add me! Age 39 CW 190 GW 170 (for this challenge)~overall maybe 140 Workout's~I like Zumba, kickboxing, sculpt & tone classes, walking/running
  • Looking fabulous! I keep looking here for people like you to keep me motivated throught the holiday season! I had started last spring then slacked off & gained.....so though I have managed to lose 9 pounds since Thanksgiving it only looks like 1 on my profile! I love this site & seeing the success stories to remind me I…
  • I currently have a way to go to get back to my goal but even as a skinny teenager I alway had hips~it's in my genes! I would never shrink past a size 7/8 in jeans because of hip bones & that is just how the ladies in my family are built. It's all about playing up your assets-get suit with ruffles on the chest to draw…
  • @LorinaLyn~you look amazing! Gives me hope as I am hoping to be fit by 40 next July!
  • I would not worry about your words against hers....facilities should check into the matter fully regardless. Our facility had to join the realm of random drug testing or will test on suspicion in the last couple of years due to growing addiction issues hitting the medical field. It is a serious issue that needs to be…
  • It is illegal to sell or even give medication that has been prescribed to you to someone else. It is completely unethical & illegal for a nurse to want to buy them, whatever the reason may be. I completely agree that this needs to be reported either to the board of nursing or the supervisor of office you were at. To the…
  • I agree with boots that fit my calves...I know they make ones with wider calf width but I want just the regular ones! Also will redo nice family photo~I want one where I look awesome, not one where I am heavy.....then maybe I will be okay with some casual photos as well. Most of snapshots at the lake, trips, etc. are kids…
  • Perfect timing for me~slacked off afer vacation so starting over. Starting at 196.2, so 180 would be a fabulous goal. Just recomitted to my fitness center last night after losing momentum for a couple weeks over work/schedule changes~realised that it's a priority & I need to make the time to go. Thanks for the group~I was…
  • Very Impressive~you look fabulous!
  • I work in a clinic and have seen many people who have had WLS. The ones who are successful truly change their eating habits & add exercise. Often I see people who have slipped into old habits~choosing unhealthy foods, grazing all day, etc. There are complications to beware of, often have low vitamin, iron levels, dumping…
  • This is always a struggle~I do try to avoid triggers, plan ahead, & keep my favorites out of the house altogether. I admit I blew today off....not really because of emotions but more we were camping & sometimes you just want a hot dog...or two. Anyway I know I'm often an all or nothing person so I tend to think "today is…
  • Started Zumba last November & didn't notice much change in weight loss until I added weight training/toning on top of it. Zumba did increase my endurance & has made doing the "Couch to 5k" running plan that I've added in much easier! The instructors at the fitness center I go to always stress that you should do weight…
  • Enell bras are the best for running-no bounce! They are not as comfortable for Zumba classes though-so I'm excied to check out some of the other bras recommended as I hate having wear double just to minimize bouncing!
  • You look fabulous, Congratualtions!!!
  • Great job-that is a goal of mine too.....first I want to go from obese to just overweight (10lbs to go for that), then onto healthy range! Hooray for you!

  • I want quantity eventually but qualitu comes first. I am here because I've lost quickly & not the most healthy wy in the past. I would rather take it slower with excercise & diet changes to make a lifestyle change. I actually started exercising last November-this is the longest I've ever been committed & am to the point I…
  • I've had two c-sections. After my son I did a lot of yoga/pilates & back to flat tummy! After my daughter ......not so easy! Often doing an "Abs class" so hoping that will helps~mixes it up using bands/stability balls & lots of plank moves. I'll let you know how it works!
  • I think in part due to gaining muscle....I also had the scale stuck but was losing inches. Now it is finally going down when I am truly dedicated to watching my diet & writing everything down. I think before I would justify little treats because I had "worked out".
  • That is great! Congratulations!

  • Goal is 55 lbs so I'm in too! Fele free to add me!
  • I am new too-could use the support! Have lost 5lbs in last 3 weeks but only joined MFP a week ago.
  • Thanks for posting-that is just what i needed to see! My scale has not moved much in last several months but adding weight traning in has increased definition in my arms! I recently did measurements including body fat so looking forward to watching those numbers instead!
