Thursday I completed Wk8D3 and Saturday I ran my very first 5K! I finished in 42.04 but I didn't care how fast I just wanted to cross that finish line!!! w7d1 complete. I found I do better on the 20+ minute runs if I am outside not the treadmill. Woke up at 5am today to get my run in before the heat. I made it with only stopping to walk for a minute or 2. Hills are my biggest challenge and I am surrounded by them!
