  • Hi, I've been a bit quiet lately but as I type I have the beef in rich wine in the slow cooker, stroganoff on the hob and will be starting on the bolognese shortly! :)

  • Hi Meesh109, I'm the same, I've made most of the currys, beef in red wine, paprika chicken, beef stroganoff, bolognese and chilli and frozen all of them in portions, another reason I love their recipes, they are easily adaptable for single servings :)
  • Hi! Ginger salmon at some point for me too... Also, beef stroganoff, chicken tikka masala, either jerk or sticky chicken... I'm relly enjoying working my way through all the recipes and picking my winners :)
  • Hi, hopefully things will start picking up on here :) My favorites are the currys, the chicken jalfrezi from book 1 is my favorite so far, and I am going to make the tikka masala from book 2 this weekend so I'll let you know how that goes. I've got the beef stroganoff tonight which is quite high in cals as I used 2 sirloin…

  • I love the paprika chicken, but also made the chicken jalfrezi which is lovely and the lasagne but with wholewheat lasagne sheets rather than leeks as it didn't really work out for me.
  • Hi, if you go to the food tab then there should be a recipe tab along the top then there is a green button with 'enter new recipe' and you should be able to add all your ingredients in there. Hope that helps...
