  • You got my attention and I am IN. Physical therapist says walk, walk, walk on that bum knee so my goal is an average of 5 miles per day! 155 miles for the month of July. I did not clock it, yet I believe that in the month of June I averaged about 3 miles per day, possibly more, possibly less, not sure. Thanks!
