Try making your own at home wraps (whole wheat) with any kind of meat and add veggies with it on the side. I log everything except my spices such as pepper which I seem to use on everything as well. Other than that I log everything I eat. This is how I hold myself accountable and it will make me think twice about eating something that I shouldn't because I make myself log it.. Good luck!!
