I do it every other day. I try to get it in at least 3 days a week on top of cardio and other workouts. Good luck! It works if you can stick with it. I didn't follow the meal plan 100% but when I did follow it I was able to lose 5lbs in a week.

Yes, I definitely am continuing my workout regimen. I usually do the elliptical, walk, jog, Jillian Michaels dvds, in house walking dvd. Mainly a lot of cardio.

Thanks!! Really needed this today!!! I've been losing and gaining these same 3-4lbs for the last 4-6 weeks BUT they don't outweigh the 20lbs I've lost and kept off for nearly a year! I hadn't looked at it like this before!!

I suggest getting in a good cardio workout to burn some calories! Kuddos to you for logging and being honest with yourself! That's amazing!! Also, I agree with other posts.. I'm trying to do it straight.. But I will listen to my body as well.. I'm going to still do cardio for at least 20-45 minutes 4-5xs a week including Walking, Zumba Class or Zumba on the wii, EA Active Sports on the Wii and Body Step Aerobics) I don't plan to do any other strength training that the 30DS
