1/2 cup frozen mangos
1/2 frozen banana

Cinnamon bun pancakes with real maple syrup, turkey sausage and iced coffee!0

I ate 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1 kiwi
Do Level 2 (on my 11th day) of 30 day Shred
Then, ate a smoothie:
1 cup of frozen berries & mango
1/2 cup of 1% chocolate milk
175 ml of vanilla greek yogurt 0%
1/4 cup of All-bran (need fiber for flat belly !)
All below 400 calories, more than 25 grams of protein and low in fat !0 -
1 cup Special K Granola w/ 1/2 cup Skim Milk0

Homemade vegetarian scotch egg! Hubby said I needed to have the scotch egg experience since they're one of his favorite snacks. They aren't sold in our area (or possibly in the USA at all?), so he made some. I love them! When I told him I was having my last one for breakfast, he looked at my funny and said they're not really eaten at breakfast. I replied that it's egg and sausage, so it can be breakfast. :laugh:
And water, thanks to my new Brita filtered water bottle!0 -
