98% fat free turkey breast (one slice=1/2 serving) rolled up with a slice of finlandia low fat swiss cheese.
then I have half of my lunch 2-3 hours later.0 -
2 EB eggs scrambled w/ onions & peppers
1pc High Fiber / Protein toast w/ 1T light butter
12oz coffee (black)0 -
1 c cheerios
1/2 c coconut milk
1/2 banana0 -
a bircher / over night oats with 20gs of oats, 40gs soya yog, dash of milk, frozen strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon0

Panera spinach artichoke souffle and a cup of fruit salad. Calorie heavy but oh my goodness, how freakin' yummy!
Oh- So love the Panera souffles.....
I had 6 slices of turkey pepperoni and 2 oz cheese. It was a rather rushed morning0
