A 3 Musketeers and beef jerky. *shrug* Not the best choices I've ever made...but it could have been a lot worse. And I know I'll get my workout in today, and I know they fit into my daily calorie allowance. No biggie!0

4 egg whites, turkey bacon and low fat mozzarella cheese. Recovery drink before that and sipping coffee now like a mofo to stay awake after the 5 am workout.
