    I ate 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1 kiwi

    Do Level 2 (on my 11th day) of 30 day Shred

    Then, ate a smoothie:

    1 cup of frozen berries & mango
    1/2 cup of 1% chocolate milk
    175 ml of vanilla greek yogurt 0%
    1/4 cup of All-bran (need fiber for flat belly !)

    All below 400 calories, more than 25 grams of protein and low in fat !
