I still drink, but I cut back a lot when I started MFP. Had no idea how many calories are in alcohol! I think every day I've gone over so far has been because I was out drinking.

It always helps me to try something new. If you get bored of a certain workout, you're going to lose all motivation. For example, I just got into barefoot running! It's crazy and painful, but it excites me and keeps me motivated.
