  • Thank you for this, it's very helpful! I think I will try eating back the exercise calories. I think a net of 1000 a day is way too low, I've just not thought about it properly before.
  • I don't have mantras as such. I try and visualise myself at certain events in 2, 6, 12 months time and think about how I want to look and what I want to wear.
