I don't eat back my calories. IDK why, I just don't and I haven't my entire journey.

I don't go by stones, but pounds.. so I want to lose 14 pounds ( which I guess is one stone lol ) by Christmas. 0 gone 14 to go!

I started out at 305. I now weigh 229. I have lost 76 pounds since April of this year. I have 60 more to go. I have never had a binge day and I've never gone above 1300 calories a day. I am now going down another 100 calories so I will be eating 1200 a day. I exercise at least 4 days a week, drink about 80 ounces of water…

I was at 1300 calories a day, but my weight loss has slowed down, so I am now going down to 1200. I was always satisfied on 1300, but I don't see a big issue with cutting out 100 calories.
