I bought the game yesterday and played it with my 2 girls for a while, its great fun, then i did a just sweat routine of 3 songs, my scores were no where near that high but it was my first attempt!! I'll keep trying to beat your score...

you should sign up for the swimathon if you're in the uk, you can do a 1.5, 2.5 or 5km swim for charity in april. I did the 5km swim last year, 200 25m lengths and 2 hours later I finished - hardwork but good to do and a little bit different than a half marathon.

I love sugar, I love eating pasta, rice, potatoes and biscuits. and why not? A high carb diet is essential to me, I do eat more than 5 a day of fruit and veg but I mix it with simple carbs all the time, i mostly eat to my target of protein but don't worry if I don't. in the uk we don't have target or walmart, so ordering online is the only option! luckily I was patient enough to wait 2 days for my 30ds delivery. worth the wait and at least in 30ds she doesn't do the 'lets take a moment to celebrate...' crap that comes in the later dvd's!

what's ground turkey and chicken - is this like mince? I make up standard recipes with lean meat, low fat cheese and I weigh out my portions so I know how many calories i'm eating. neck pain almost gone, so have completed BFBM today for 2nd time. It was fun. Then went on a hour long walk with my 2 girls. Should be doing the following for the next week:- 5.1 - BFBM - completed 6.1 - 6W6P + 3 mile run 7.1 - BFBM + 3 mile run 8.1 - 6W6P 9.1 - 6 mile run I wish everyone luck and an injury free month.

Is it too late to join Team UK? I joined Oct10 but most of my friends on here are from the USA and I find their weight loss goals to be crazily small! My goal for this month is to lose 1/2 stone, normally a little higher than I would like to lose for a month but i'm hoping the extra 5 lbs I gained over xmas will come off!

they have them at my old gym, they are good for toning after a cardio workout. They usually have a chart of exercises to do on the power plate. my lower back was killing me after doing 6w6p too, I have had a stiff neck too but think thats due to the sleeping on the sofa!! i'm too scared to do it again til the paid goes!!

really rubbish day today - woke up with a stiff neck and back, have resorted to the pregnant sit down and stand up technique it hurts that much!!! I'm giving today a miss with exercise and hope that i'm capable of doing a dvd tomorrow.

@kate and nemrenu - i've tried the 6w6p once so far and its quite hard, the workout is 35 mins long but it flew by. Its not in the 3-2-1 style of 30DS its more like doing 1min of a set of exercises and then repeated. as with the rest of her dvd's its as hard as you want to make it.
