I weighed in this morning and i'm currently 152lbs, so a 1lb weight loss. I tried them once, at the time they were 'advertised' as a tablet to improve hair skin and nails. I also tried something called kbl6 tablets from Holland and Barratt as they were supposed to increase fat matabolism. I have a heart rate monitor which I wear most of the time when I exercise. On average its close the general guides for running and walking but when I wore it during a session on 30 day shred it was much lower than the MFP guide for calorie burn (I used general circuit training), but I was surprised that I burnt 175cals…

Its not just me then!! I use MFP everyday and hardly go on FB anymore - the topics on this site are my 2 favourite subjects - food and exercise! Not only that but its helping me lose weight too.

thanks for the advice - I've tried to have loads of water today and eat alot more protein. Plus i've started the 30DS as my new DVD arrived today - so hopefully the 2lbs will just melt away. lol! hopefully my next night out will be more reserved and i'll stay away from the cocktails!

I just got my 30DS today and tried it out tonight - and it was the hardest workout dvd i've tried! I'm feeling my arms aching already. Hopefully i'll still be alive after the 30 days. What weights do you use, the smallest I have are 3kg's and are too heavy for some of the moves but ok for others, its either that or water…

I always buy level 4 shock absorber bra's they're great, I don't notice any bounce at all. They aren't underwired but they do the job. (i'm a 30f) I've tried a few variety's but find these the best. They are expensive but well worth it.
