SW: 160 (Week 1) CW: 159 TL: 1 lb Not as happy with this number, but I learned to workout much more and push myself. So numbers will get better I know. Pushing through and determined!!!! Great job everyone!!!

Really sad....I'm 79% higher BMI nationally and 93% higher in the world!!!!

I just started and it is hard, but I try to run at a pace that is hard but that I can keep going at 60 seconds with. My husband is a better runner too and he just runs faster at the run parts to improve his time and stride. Keep going and don't get discouraged!!! Lol that's what I'm going to do too!!!!

I'm in Ohio at its 9:05pm here. I had an ok day. Was to sore to really workout today, but I'll get to it tomorrow. I ate too many morning and afternoon calories so dinner was very light. Know better next time!

Did my first C25K app and my group mini goal of tricep extentions!!!! My goal is to workout every day of this challenge.

I try not to eat my exercise calories or at least not all of them. I figure I'm overweight and i need to burn whatever calories/fat I can. Eating them after I burned them that day makes me feel like i just wasted my efforts.
