Hello, my name is Amanda. This is my first time doing this type of challenge. I am ready for the inspiration and push! I have much more weight to lose than I would like, but I know its worth it to keep going and make the right choices. I'm currently working on learning to run a 5K. :)

Wow! So happy for Jacky and Stephen are still losing so much and stay on the show! It will be great the things they learn they will bring back to their family! Love Colby! Congrats on the half marathons! That is amazing!! I'm super jealous as I want to just run a 5k. The clean eating is much easier than people make it. It makes you feel so much better inside and out when you choice to eat cleaner. I started about a month ago and it's fantastic!
