Did W3D1 yesterday and i wasn't sure I could run for three mins but I did it!!! I was so super excited!!! Everyone is doing a great job!! Keep it up we are getting through this!!!

I'm doing mine on a treadmill and have been. I walk at a 3.5-3.8 an run between a 5 or 6. It depends on your fitness level. I can walk at a 3.5-3.8 and keep going (short little legs) but I push to run between the 5 and 6 bc a 5 is good but I want the 6!!! Lol Good luck everyone!!!! You can do it. It's not a race it's an…

Well I had cheer leading practice Sunday through Thursday and that wore me out!!! Lol I'm not that young any more lol ( the kids are all 5-9 yrs old). I'm just now learning to run and I agree. I started the C25K two weeks ago and its the same type of learning like they said of walk for say 1.5 mins then jog for a min. When you can do that push to increase run time and lower walk time. But look up C25K and it will give you some great ideas!!! Good luck!

Having a bad week. Been under or right at my calories, but it's the wrong foods. Exercise has been not consistent. I've been on here a month and I know I've hit my lazy stage. Need to get back to the motivation!!!! Ideas??? Feeling tired and down this week bc of it....
