Sounds mighty excessive to me! :noway: :grumble: That much of anything a day can't be good for the body ... except maybe water!!! :drinker: I'd go with Eggers training advice and add more protein and workout plans instead. Good luck!!! :drinker:

Besides looking at quantities of food, we have to look at quality. Most everything on the list is packaged, not fresh. I'd say add more fresh meats, veggies & fruit. :flowerforyou: Ditch most of the packaged items except for an occasional treat. And UP the water! CHEERS! :drinker:

Emotional eating is a HUGE issue for me right now too! :grumble: :noway: I have so many major life changes in the works, that stuffing my face seems like the most fun thing to do! DUMB!!! YUP!!! Best thing is to get distracted by an activity........ something ACTIVE! Like working out, going for a walk, cleaning, vacuuming,…

You have every reason to wonder what happened and if it had anything to do with you or not. But even the best of friends can wander and drift apart for no apparent reason. Perhaps she has something to share with you about what happened .... or not. Why not meet up and see where things are and if you have anything in common…

I can tell you from past & present experience that DIET is a huge factor! :flowerforyou: When I exercise like crazy and eat only very healthy small portions, BELLY FAT can still be an issue. :brokenheart: At least for me & my body type, the foods to AVOID are: ** DAIRY (NO milk, yoghurt, cheese, ice cream), eggs OK…

Red wine & clear (no color) alcohols are best. :drinker: But watch out for the mixers! That's where most of the calories are hiding! I don't like diet soda, fruit juice has LOTS of sugar... so what's left for mixers? Sparkling water with a lime wedge works. Found this website for calorie calculation:…

I hear ya!!! I'm feeling really weather funky too! :grumble:  That's great you're working out 3x a week.... better than me! Getting out of the house & to the gym or even a walk outside is not so easy when it's so cold & rainy. I bought myself a "goLITE" by Philips from Costco. It simulates blue sky light which tricks…

Yikes..... that's so annoying to be around unsupportive people! :grumble: :noway: Especially family! Sheeeesh....... but I know the routine only too well. :brokenheart: I have found in my years of eating mostly different from others, the less said the better. Most people really don't care and it only makes them feel bad…

Woweee Girl! That was some intense job you did washing trucks! And your shoulder felt fine during that time? :noway: :drinker: Maybe there was permanent damage done that needs to be addressed by a professional?? I recently did a good number on my shoulder doing tricep dips at the gym. Turned out to be "fixable" by a chiro…

I also say to relax a bit and enjoy the company & good food.... within reason! Keep a paper journal if writing it down helps keep you focused. Enjoy small portions of the things you love and don't feel pressured to eat more! Drink lots of water, get out for walks, play games, stay active as much as possible. I was with my…

I think taking a break once in awhile is good! It can be really stressful trying to keep track of every detail. :grumble: :noway: See how you do without logging for awhile. Then get back on if the diet wavers too far............ :flowerforyou: :drinker:

Everybody falls out............ ME TOO!!!! CRAP! :noway: I get really bummed out, then snap out of it. YES! Good comments by Tonya! :flowerforyou: I have been eating gluten-free for months and still have gut issues. So, I believe there is a problem for me with other grains & artificial flavors plus other product ingredients like xantham gum. Even brown rice is causing bloating! :grumble: :noway: Crap..... now what to eat?…

Cute Boy! Sure.... go for the shorter do! :drinker:

Like me, you're probably allergic or intolerant of certain foods! :grumble: :noway: Grains (and dairy) can be inflammatory to the body, causing gas, bloating, gut pain etc. Depending on your specific body makeup, you could be seriously allergic to wheat & other grains (celiac disease) or varying degrees of intolerant to…

BRAVO!!! Congrats on making a big change for the better! :drinker: :flowerforyou: Since I lost 35 lbs., my clothes obviously fit looser & that's a great feeling! Or to buy smaller sized clothes is waaaaaaay fun! My gut is not distended and bloated all the time. The "plumbing" also works better!

I agree...... the coffee itself isn't the prob, but what goes in it! :drinker: And as long as it doesn't disturb your tummy or your sleep, then 1-2 cups a day is cool. I'd get rid of the Crystal Light though............artificial chemicals are not good for ya!! :grumble: :noway:
