I got the M5 set up this weekend and you are right...it KICKS YOUR BUTT! I can't wait till I can begin the max interval training...I need to build up to it. This machine is wonderful!

The BBQ sauce I use is 30 calories per 2 tablespoons, so it really doesn't add much. I dont even really spoon out any BBQ sauce once I dish it out...

I didn't follow the diet either. For what it's worth, when my brother and sister-in-law have done P90X, they have done it with and without following the diet, and the results were far greater when they did follow the diet, especially when in body fat % and overall muscle tone.

Good for you! Insanity is just that - INSANE. I really love this program and you just need to remember to be mindful of your form. If you get tired, take a break.
