bake plain chicken breast....Let it cool....Cut it into chunks and shred it...Then sautee in a pan with a marinade (my favorite is Spicy Mango by KC Masterpeice)...for every 2 ounces of chicken, I use 1 Tbsp of Marinade..VERY FLAVORFUL! I usually serve this with a little brown rice and/or veggies.

You can purchase a syncing device that you "walk past" and it will auto sync it to your polar account. I dont really use the polar account, it was kind of like sparkpeople...too much in one place..not very user friendly. that "device" also costs like an extra 100 dollars.

I have the FT7. I was in this dilemma around this time last year. I love the FT7, but after using it for almost a year, I find myself wanting more. The best thing I have done to change up my foods is changing the FLAVOR! I use different marinades on my chicken...different spices in my rice, just cooking the food a different way helps a LOT!! a few extra calories goes a LONG way!
