Fluctuations are normal, and that's why I only let myself get on the scale every 2 weeks. I make sure to do it first thing in the morning before I have anything to eat or drink.

I know it can be frustrating to not have it fall off quicker, but look at it this way...you essentially eliminated A THIRD of your body fat! That's quite a bit. And look at your increase in lean body mass! You're doing great.

Ironically enough, my doctor put me on this today for a short term issue. Knowing I was working on losing weight, his advice was to stay as far away from sugar as possible because the meds would make the body latch on to them "like a squirrel gathering nuts in October".
