Might try this for busy work weeks. How long do you bake your eggs?

You shouldn't have a true gain if you were still under goal, but you might see a bump in the scale from the sodium. I would wait a few days before weighing in.

Those goals sound totally doable. Keep up the hard work!

I have been on ortho pills for a long time and have never had problems with them. My sister was on depo for a year and oh my goodness- she ballooned up. She is normally very thin with a small frame. I would say she probably gained 50-60 pounds. She lost it all and is back to her normal tiny self (115 pounds). Its hard to…

When my middle daughter was 1, her pediatrician was concerned about her being under weight as well. He had me add things to her food like butter, keep her on whole milk, full fat dressings, etc. I tried. She is now 6 and is still tiny. My 2 year old son is about to pass her up in weight! Hi! Wonderful progress so far! Keep up the good work! Thanks for your service :)

I am approaching things in phases (sort of like Chris Powell does for his show). Instead of trying to go for the 2 #s a week goal, I have changed my goals to 1 # per week.

HI! I have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds all summer. LOL. So I am now approaching this more realistically, with a long term goal in mind. I would love to buddy up with you guys- I need some accountability- especially over the weekends.

For strength training I like p90x. I did one complete round, following it to a T. Now I just use certain dvds when I want to work that specific body part. I was clueless when it came to weights/strength so p90x was awesome. You will need a variety of dumbbells and a pull up bar (I used the portable kind you hook on a door…

I wanted to add that taking a walk in the evenings would be better for you then running 30min- 1 hr daily. Or at least alternate the days you walk/run.

Running daily with no rest days is not being kind to your body and yes, you could cause an overuse injury...This seems like a question more suited for a mental health professional... Sending you love and light throughout your recovery.
